Please let us know that you wish to make a return and your order number .

This helps us confirm that the process begins on that day and allows us to reserve the appropriate timeframe for you to receive it.

📝 2. Prepare your order

  • Store the jewelry in its original box , with no signs of use.
  • Add a note with your order number inside the package.

📦 3. Pack carefully

  • Use a padded envelope or a sturdy small box.
  • Do not stick labels directly onto the jewelry box.

✉️ 4. Take it to your mail provider

  • Go to your post office or courier company (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • We recommend using a service with a tracking number .

💳 5. Pay for shipping and keep the receipt

  • The shipping cost is your responsibility .
  • Keep the receipt and tracking number .
