Shipping and deliveries

Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal

In our store, all products are handcrafted and manufactured with special care and attention to detail. Due to the unique and delicate nature of these items, our exchange and return policies are tailored to these characteristics, differing from those applicable to industrial or standard products.

Right of withdrawal and returns:
Customers have 7 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right to return it. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

It's important to note that returns are processed through partial refunds for domestic sales in Spain: if accepted, only the product price will be refunded, minus shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

In international cases, the customer will be responsible for the return, managing all aspects of the process, including payment for the return.

For reasons of exclusivity, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are manufactured specifically according to the customer's specifications.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photographs to assess the item's condition and provide an appropriate solution.

Changes:
Since all our products are handmade and unique, direct exchanges are not possible. We recommend contacting our team to assess each case individually.

Responsibility

We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products or the website. We also do not guarantee that access to the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we strive to keep it up-to-date and functional at all times.
