Every piece we create is handcrafted, made with great care and attention to detail. Therefore, our return policies are slightly different from those of traditional stores.

📦 Returns deadline:

You have 7 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

📋 Important conditions:

• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer .

• The product must be in perfect condition , unused and in its original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted on personalized products , as they are made exclusively for you.

• If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos so we can assist you.

   Direct sunlight can cause the resin to yellow over time and the flower colors to fade.
2. Do not immerse in water 💦
   Although the resin is durable, it's not designed to be submerged. Avoid baths, pools, or leaving it exposed to rain.
3. Clean them gently 🧽
   Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust. Do not use abrasive products or alcohol.
4. Store them in a cool, dry place ❄️
   Excessive humidity or heat can affect the durability of the piece.
5. Avoid bumps or falls ⚠️
   Although resin is hard, a strong impact can crack or break it.
6. Handle with clean hands 🤲
   This helps prevent the skin's natural oils from dulling the shine.
7. Do not use perfumes or chemicals nearby 🚫
   Harsh chemicals can damage both the flower and the outer resin.
